NEW lightbox size + Sunday shop hours

A5longlightboxSo we’re pretty excited about these new A5 long lightboxes that arrived last week! All of our do-it-yourself lightboxes have 2 or 3 rows for you to create your own messages and announcements. Change your messages as often as you like by simply sliding the plastic letters on and off the box. Mix and match the enclosed letters and symbols or you can purchase special edition sets to add a bit of flare!

Check all three sizes here: A4 (3 rows small) | A5 (2 rows) | A5 Long (3 rows large)

Also, a friendly reminder that we’ll be open from 1-4pm this Sunday, April 10th. Our silver ring wax carving workshop is taking place that morning. This is the last chance to register, so if you are interested in learning how to design and carve a custom piece of handmade jewellery, this is the class for you. One spot remaining. Click here for full course details and to register online.

LFSlightboxCollageEep! I apologize for the radio silence. We took a mini family break during the month of January, but we’re happy to announce that we are back and operating normal hours of 11-4pm Wednesday to Sunday again! If you follow us on Instagram, you may have seen some of our holiday pictures. Is there anything else more relaxing than ocean waves and eating coconut shrimp!? Ha.

First of all, I want to thank you for supporting London Fields Shoppe! We had an amazing holiday season and are super excited to be planning more workshops and to be bringing in new products. We’ll be sharing more details soon, but our new lightboxes have finally arrived – hooray! We’ve already sold a good amount of our new shipment, so if you have been waiting for one, make sure to check them out in shop or online by clicking here. Elliot’s First Birthday

Elliot-bday-inviteAre you surviving the heat wave that has hit Vancouver the past few weeks? We have definitely blown our budget for iced beverages and have been pretty much spending our days from one air conditioned shop to another. It’s hot as Hades out there!

Last weekend, we celebrated Elliot’s first birthday with a picnic in the park. I know we used to plan events for a living, but man, oh man, personal events are always stressful. It was so good though! Robert’s family was all here including his sister from the BVI and his aunt, who just met Elliot for the first time last week! As part of our take away gifts, we had Lisa from Draw Me A Lion create a postcard that the kids (and adults) could colour and keep. She illustrated the image above of Elliot’s favourite things – ice cream and cats! Feel free to save the image on your desktop, print it, and then colour.

Stay cool, my friends!
