To everyone that braved the snowy weather to help us celebrate the 20th Got Craft? last weekend, THANK YOU! We never thought that we would be celebrating our 10 year milestone and are so thankful of the community (both locally and worldwide) that we are a part of. Big XO to all of our vendors (past and present), attendees, sponsors and community partners, and all the other handmade shows that gave us a shout out over the weekend. Not to sound like a broken record, but it truly does take a village and we wouldn’t be here without your support.
Mark your calendars >>> Got Craft? Spring Edition is on Saturday, May 6th and Sunday, May 7th, 2017 and we’re headed back to VANCOUVER! We are finalizing our spring vendor applications, so please check back later this month!
The first 50 people to Got Craft? on Saturday, December 10th AND Sunday, December 11th, 2016 will receive a FREE swag bag filled with a selection of goodies from our vendors and sponsors. Here’s a sneak peek of some of the items you may find in each tote bag. Come early, to avoid being disappointed!

The return of the Circle Craft Christmas Market kicks off the holiday craft fair season here in Vancouver. We couldn’t be more excited to check out over 300 BC and Canadian artisans including wordworkers, glass blowers, ceramists, clothing designers and printers, paper goods designers, painters, jewelry designers, toy makers, chocolatiers, bakers, and more.
Circle Craft is an unique BC Artist Cooperative dedicated to providing opportunities for craftspeople to connect with the community. Formed in 1972, Circle Craft has grown to become a major force in the marketing and promotion of quality craft utilizing a ‘direct from the artist’ approach.
My top 5 vendors to check out:
Banquet Atelier & Workshop – A Vancouver-based studio engaged in creating quality goods celebrating the natural world. I’ve been following them on social media for quite some time and can’t wait to check out their work in person.
Strathcona Stockings – Specializes in fine printed socks, objects and leisure wear in unique and interesting patterns painted and drawn by founder / artist Ryley O’Byrne.
Abeego – Saving food naturally, we’ve been using Abeego for years and we’re so proud of their recent brand makeover.
Hold – Focusing on small run and one of a kind objects of beauty and curiosity that explore the intersections of opposites. When I first met Maria years ago, she only concentrate on felted wool bowls, so I can’t wait to check out new line of textile necklaces.
Mellifera Bees – Distinctive, hand-crafted honey infusions of exceptional quality. Need I say more?
