wedding wednesday pins

I go through my google reader on a daily basis catching up on my favourite blogs and wedding websites. Favourite posts and images are then marked to be read in detail at a later date or pinned. With over 1200 pins on my wedding + events board alone, I figured I would spend Wedding Wednesday sharing a few of my most recent finds. Are you on Pinterest? For me, it is a great way to organize the images I find online in one place similar to a virtual bullentin board that I can refer to later. Find me here!

To celebrate the birth of their new son exactly one year after their wedding, I decided to share some of my favourite images from Aaron and Jay’s wedding. Their ceremony took place at Hastings Mill on the south shore of the Burrard Inlet in Vancouver and their reception was at the Cambrian Hall just off of Main Street.

Using all local vendors, all the DIY touches that the wedding couple worked so hard on was captured by the lovely Ophelia Photography and the delicious cupcakes are by Coco Cake.

A big congratulations to Aaron and Jay and a big thank you for having us be a part of your special day. Happy Wedding Wednesday!

Vintage kerchiefs are an easy (and often affordable!) score at thrift stores. With some screen printing magic, they make a fantastic one of a kind keepsake to give to your wedding guests! Think invitations turned pocket squares for the wedding day, save the dates, for sentimental moments during the ceremony or just for a touch of vintage loveliness.
